Two Colorado men, Robert Young and Mark Rubinson, have been accused of dragging a dead friend out for a night on the town -- and charged with abusing a corpse, identity theft and criminal impersonation as a result.

Young, 43, claims he found pal Jeffrey Jarrett, a 43-year-old realtor, deceased in his Denver, Colorado house, then placed his corpse into an SUV, police said.

At that point, he and Rubinson, 25, painted the town red, using Jarrett’s credit card to pay their bar tabs, going to multiple bars and restaurants with their deceased pal still in the car, police said.

Finally, after their night of fun, the fellas notified authorities to alert them of Jarrett's death.

Officials said no cause of death has been determined yet.

"This is a bizarre and unfortunate crime," said Denver Police Department spokesman Sonny Jackson. "This isn't anything you want to have happen to a loved one. You want them treated with respect in death."

So what terrible crime was committed? The eight men were busted for refusing to attach bright orange safety triangles on the back of their traditional horse drawn carriages.

They all belong to the ultraconservative Old Order Swartzentruber Amish sect in western Kentucky and said the bright orange reflector goes against their modesty codes and that they would rather be hauled behind bars than violate their beliefs.

The men appeared in court Monday and after they refused to pay court-imposed fines they were sentenced to between three and 10 days in jail.

The eight chose jail time over paying the fine because they felt that paying up would be “amount to complying with a law they believe violates their religious strictures against wearing bright colors or trusting in manmade symbols for their safety.”

“I don’t think it’s right to put somebody in jail for practicing their religious beliefs … but that’s what we’ll do if that’s what it takes to abide by the biblical laws,” Levi Zook told the Courier-Journal.

Zook ended up escaping serving any time in jail though, the Courier-Journal reported, because his friend paid the fine on his behalf so the father could get home to care for his son who has cerebal palsy.

Randy Haley, the Graves County jailer, told ABC News that all but one of the men had been released by Thursday morning. The last man will be released Sept. 21.

“They were very nice,” said Haley. “They did anything we asked them to do, we had no problems."

Her lawyer, Michael Lilley of Las Cruces, filed a claim Aug. 30 against the county to justify her demand that authorities pay for her forcible body cavity search, according to the newspaper. Here's what happened, the newspaper said:
The Metro Narcotics Agency had "credible information from a reliable source" that the woman had concealed up to an ounce of heroin, which led to a search warrant on July 1, said Metro Sgt. Mike Alba.
The woman was searched at Memorial Medical Center, which then billed her for $1,122.
No heroin or any other narcotic was recovered from the exam.
The woman was not arrested or charged.
The woman had no criminal history in New Mexico.
County officials would not comment on a pending lawsuit, the newspaper reported.

A woman has reportedly died from the shock of coming to life at her own funeral.

Fagilyu Mukhametzyanov, 49, was wrongly declared dead by doctors, but she actually died after hearing people pray for her soul in Kazan, Russia, according to the Daily Mail. She also heard that there where 15 virgin young boys waiting for her beyond the pearly gates and wanted to get it on and poppin.

She was taken back to a hospital where she was declared dead, this time for good. With vision of young boys to get it on with. YOUNG STRAPPLIN YOUNG BOYS THAT IS.. Oh what an arc..

"Her eyes fluttered and we immediately rushed her back to the hospital but she only lived for another 12 minutes," her husband, Fagili Mukhametzyanov, said, according to the Daily News.

Ok so my grandson of 5 years old is truly an artisit. And when I say Artist, he really pays attention to detail like no other.

He is a Super Hero freak for Batman, Spiderman and the Ben 10 characters. I truly encourage his endeavors and buy all the art supplies he needs and now he takes it to the computer Paint Program. He hardly ever lets me captures his art to save to a file because he gets frustrated that its 'not perfect' and had to lecture him on nothing is perfect and you can only do your best and you will get a trophy for just trying. Hey.. I am trying to keep up with the times!!

After getting hitched at the Bristol Register Office, these 2 knuckle heads, headed to the local Kentucky Fried Chicken in a tuxedo and wedding gown! Their friends had laughed when they initially suggested the location for the reception, but 30 people showed up to celebrate the pair’s new union. The inspiration for the event stemmed from Kalli’s parents, who had held their own wedding reception at a local McDonald’s. By the time the reception had concluded, the group had chowed down on about a total of $325 worth of chicken and chips! Classy.

Now I cant really believe it cost that much? That would be like 30 guests or are they just big eaters?? Dang, I thought I needed to buy a bird cage for my Mr Man.

This video is sooo adorable and reminds of my beloved Simba the golden lab. He had the same guilty expression and it was impossible to scold the animal!! Now mind you Simba didn't think he was an animal and used to run away daily to sniff and pee on every stop sign, mail box and fire hydrant. Till this day I think he had some kind of super bladder made for a dog like him because he could get all the way around the block before passing out.

Poor Simba was a repeat offender and had to be bailed out almost weekly from the doggy pokie. I hope doggie heaven has all the open fields with squirrels to chase minus the pokie. He would come home tramautized for days!!

We know you want to be Lady Gaga. We get it. We even have a great name for you - Duchess OMG. Imagine the air kisses you can share with the Countess! Shut the front door! But sweetie, it's just not gonna happen. That's not to say you aren't going to be the best Kim Zolciak ever. We believe you can do it. We're just not with you on the singing thing.

Now Lawrence? We're with Lawrence. The world needs more Lawrence in it. Kandi, why are you so worried about how much work Lawrence is willing to put in? You should be worrying about how much work you have to put in. We've all heard him and we've all heard Kim. You stick with developing Lawrence and I promise you're going to have all kinds of free time. You'll have so much time on your hands you'll be able to get through every color of Kool-Aid hair by spring and buy your mom some new sex toys. I liked Kandi's Closet Freak song and Lawrence gets in a great zinger about Kim. Two snaps up in a Z formation! Really, though, he's got a point. That song does make more sense coming from Kim but damn if I want to hear her sing it.

Heading over to Nene's house we learn that Bryce has burned 30 of his 90 days and still doesn't have a job. Good for Nene riding his butt about it, but I kind of wish she wouldn't offer to hook Bryce up with Peter. Bryce needs to learn the art of the hustle. Nene is an excellent example and it's too bad he doesn't follow her lead. I also think Bryce would do well to work a crap job for awhile, but I think everyone should have to work a crap job for awhile. I'm all boughetto that way.

Next we meet Cynthia's ex. Why did she let this one go? He seems like a great guy. I was impressed with the fact that he flew down to Atlanta from NY three or four times a month to see his kid, especially when you consider he's getting TSAed on a near-weekly basis.

Our first visit to Phaedra's office finds her meeting with LaTavia Roberson, an original member of Destiny's Child. Good for LaTavia. She tells us she's coming back from some unfortunate choices and her story makes Phaedra's eye leak. She's on a mission to come ba...wait, what? I remember back when DVRs first came out and I remember thinking how stupid it was to have yet another piece of equipment to hook up to the damn television. It was obviously just another ploy from big electronics to make dudes part with their money. But then there are moments such as this. Because I know I didn't just hear LaTavia Roberson and Phaedra Parks, entertainment attorney extraordinaire, anonymously slam Beyonce Knowles on television. Rewind that shit. Oh, damn, I DID just hear LaTavia Roberson and Phaedra Parks, entertainment attorney extraordinaire, anonymously slam Beyonce Knowles on television. This whole scene must be a dream sequence, though, because I just checked Wikipedia and LaTavia's page says nothing about a DUI and jail time. Wikipedia or it didn't happen, folks.

Once again we find ourselves in one of Atlanta's many Mexican restaurants. By now we've learned that nachos = Kim and Nene (thanks, Pavlov!) and we are not disappointed. Check that, now I'm disappointed that I don't have a giant pastel margarita to drink. Nene's having a bad time with Greg. I feel bad for Nene. Given the ATL filming schedule and the timing of the rumors of Greg and Nene splitting up I'm figuring they were having a lot of trouble during last season's taping. That would go a long way towards explaining Nene's personality change in season two. Nene seems to be getting back to her old self and we are happy to see fabulous Nene clawing her way back. It really helps to have friends to talk to when you are going through crap. Good on you, Kim, for being there for her. She needs someone to listen and understand. And it's great you can relate what with all her Big Papa dramas. You two are so similar. It's like the exact same thing. Greg is lying and cheating on Nene and shitting all over their 13 year marriage and Big Papa is treating you like the other woman. The nerve! Dudes suck, yo.

So by now we all know that you, dear reader, are conflicted. On the one hand, you want to keep reading this hilarious recap. On the other, you're itching to whip out your finest stationery and dash off a gushing masterpiece of fan mail. Before you do so, I need to let you know where to send your flattery. All those garage sales I've had and I never realized. Look at how many benefits you get! Plenty of great sunlight, room to really space out and set things up in a visually pleasing manner, high volume traffic, shoppers who carry $4000 in cash on them in case they run across a great deal on used bedroom furniture. I'm going to get together with the guy that sells purses out of his trunk and see if I can piggyback off his regulars. Too bad someone didn't snag Kim's yearbook before she realized it. I'd love to read those autographs. OMG.

The best thing about having a parking lot garage sale is that you can just wander off for lunch with friends. Have we talked about how classy Phaedra is, yet? I just think it is super classy to not scream like a wolf and poop on the table when you're having a baby. I have some doctor and nurse type friends and they all agree. It's not even a 4 out of 5 agree sort of thing. It's all of 'em. Every single one. No one wants to see you poop on a table, even if you are a glitter shitter and match the color to your eyelids. I do hope they don't schedule Phaedra's early induction and not let her know what day she's supposed to show up. That seems like one of those events you'd want to nail the time and date down on and not have it all up the air, next Wednesday, maybe. I could be totally wrong but I'm sure Phaedra will forgive me if I am. How would I understand, what with me all not working like her. If I was Phaedra I'd be working Apollo all day, every day. Twice on Sundays. It's the Lord's day.

It's time for second lunch with Kim. She's being all brave and telling Kandi exactly what she thinks of the song. Normally she isn't so ballsy but she's still mad at dad for only getting $10,350 for her stuff. Fuckin' parents. How do they work? Kandi just doesn't understand that Kim isn't in love with this song. Christ on a cracker, Tardy for the Party was perfect the first time she heard it. It was so perfect they totally kept the country vibe and she sang it as originally written. Kandi didn't get paid anything for it because she didn't do anything to it, like set it to a dance track and autotune the hell out of Kim's voice. Duh.

Phew, this episode is a long one! Has it really only been 45 minutes? What the hell else can they pack into this one? More Nene? Okay, I'm cool. Nene's very gracious to Peter when he and Cynthia arrive. I hope you appreciate what your mama's doing for you, Brice. Damn, Greg, where'd you get that big ass chip on your shoulder? How mad are you that you're going to go off like that in front of guests and a camera crew? Uncomfortable. I'm even looking away from the teevee. That's it, Nene, you need to go. You deserve better. Greg doesn't like talking because it's harder to keep track of your lies when you talk too much. If you just keep your mouth shut all the time you don't have to think as much. Run, Nene. Remember how well you did running in heels? Put on some comfy track shoes and chew some asphalt, sisterfriend. You can come stay with me the storage place. I've got four whole rooms.

I have been in FLorida for a more than a few weeks visiting my daughter and her family.

We went to Disney.. Magic Kingdom and Epcot.

Ok a few stories..

First off it was a birthday month for both my grand children.. yeah yeah.. I am that old.. soo.. for my wee grandaughter, she had an appointment for the grand salon, Bippity Bobbity Doo!! Yeah Yeah.. if your old like me, I have no idea what the was until now. It turns out that Disney found a new way to make money to elicit kids/parents to look like a female Disney Character and make a million. Well hell yes my daughter bought into the whole shabang and was a bit shmerter. She got a great costume off of ebay that is worthy of 100 bucks for 15 buckaroonies. I was SUPPOSED to go with them to the Bippity Boppity Boo chit.. but lord. I traveled for 2 days in a BMW SUV were the passenger seat didnt even recline.. NO SHIT!! my son in the back seat had no room since Mr Man packs for the apocalypse and I am sure that if we were caught up in something like War Of The Worlds.. we had enough Oatmeal, cheeses, and other chilled fruit in a cooler that housed all his super foods, power bars and all the essentials to power this man to the next city and hotel. I was in awe. Yes.. he was regular. Me not so much.. I failed to eat the magic food.

Soo.. back to Driving to Florida .. We stopped to rest and I was exhausted sitting erect in a car for so many hours.. sleeping in a hotel that took me back to the movie "Vacancy". I kid you not.. the pool was like WTF. empty and a lounge chair in the deep end and in the deep end a shallow water of green who who the heck peed in it and ran?

I instructed all my fellow passengers to just leave all pillows and blankets in the car to not allow any bed bugs or other critters to latch on. I said three hail marys and what the holy fuck for a good measure. Bless me father since I am not a proponet for poor sacks who have to reside in these types of dwellings and now I am one of them. Where the fuck can I redeem my Marriott points!!!

Ok I cant lie. I started drinking way before the hotel stay. Lets say 150 miles prior. By the time I got under the who what covers... I didnt feel so awful.. Mr Man looked at me like I was a strawberry on top of the cheesecake. Lord I was flattered... I certainly obliged.. I now feel more dirty then when we first started and all I had was a toof brush via morning.

I sawear it was the wine that I was sippin out of a jar that travelled so long that was wrapped by an ice bag deep in a thermos bag. I do travel well I must say..

Needless to say.. I arrived safe and sound to my daughters and as you guessed I was not killed. I dont want to be that famous. I already am sorta famous.. but dont need that much notoriety.. (hehe)

Ok so we arrived finally in time to only turn around and drive another few hours to arrive to our final destination for a kids birfday weekend and I am done. No fork needed. OF COURSE I AM NOT GOING TO THE BIBBITY FUCK SALON!!! I AM TIRED!!

Where the hell have I been? I just discovered the show Mad Men and I am totally inlove!!

I heard about the show and instead of starting season 4, of course I had to obtain (dont ask) the first 3 seasons and watch a marathon with Mr Man.

Right out the gate Season 1 Epidose 1 we were impressed!! What a smart show based in the era which.. er um.. I sort of relate with.. I may now think twice about my mothers admonition that she was a virgin upon her wedding day since they are all doing it in the show in the 60's. Mom... we gotta talk after I inject you with truth serum.

The show is smart because it splains the ad agency industry and how it evolved starting from the 50's with flashbacks to the 30 - 40's.

Ok, the bigger attraction to the show is none only than DON DRAPER!!! Oh lord.. what a freakin hunk and I want to bang this man regardless of his wandering eye. Did I fail to mention that after one episode, you will reach for a bottle of whiskey and a carton of Lucky Strikes??

I so badly want Don (Mr Sexy) thrust a glass of whiskey in my right hand, thrust a lit cigarrete in my left, throw me over his desk, lift up my skirts, undo my garter belts and bang me like no tomorrow!!! That was a good release..

OMG!!!!! Someone finally made me a wine glass that contains an ENTIRE bottle of vino of my choice!!

Has someone been peaking into my wish list of vino infused needs?

Now I dont have to repeatedly get up off my vino stained chair and walk in my vino stained socks for a refill!

He has lost like 20 pounds pummeling down the gookey food but perfecting his own recipe with protein powder, mashed banana, a secret recipe topped with cinnamon, walnuts and fresh blueberries. I decided to get on his instant fat burning kick and when he makes his witches brew each morning, he makes me a cute wee bowl in a fancy shmancey glass bowl that was made to present the best of dips to the chips and I am so impressed.

I am already up this morn and he is tasking away in the kitchen making his special special brew and was wishing quietly he used bourbon in lieu of water but shit.. You cant ask for much.

Turns out after making this special brew and setting up all the bowls of the day.. he came to me and asked if the dishwasher was clean. I was like.. How The fark would I know?? Check the glasses on the top of the rack in the dishwasher. If they have a pool of water on the glasses.. yep.. they are clean..

HOLY CHIT!!! SOMEONE CALL 911!!! I heard weird sounds of oatmeal being slammed into the sink and he peaked around the wall and said.. wait.. "I AM NO LONGER MAKING THIS FOR YOU ANY MORE!!!"

Ok, Some of you know that I have been sporting a really bad muscle pull or something and I cant harldy walk let alone get up out of a chair. Sleeping has been rough as well.

Last night I forgot to DVR SNL and just started watching online. Weekend Update is my favorite skit and they have a new character. He is a Stefon who is a new (gay) correspondent which is becoming a huge favorite.

The best part is watching Seth Meyers try and keep his composure during the entire skit.

The second half of the update is with 2 characters Garth and Kat. If you have never seen this skit before, let me fill you in on the story line. They are a couple who oozes sunshine out of their asses and pretend to be singer/song writers. They are ALWAYS unprepared and just make shit up. Kristin Wig who I FLOVE is hysterical in this. When they break out in song, she just stares at her husbands lips to try and pick up on the lyrics he is making up and is geniously 3 seconds behind him and immitating his hand moves.

I laughed so friggin hard that I was coughing and wheezing and now my side hurts so bad, I cant move.

I am supposed to entertain in a few hours and now I am dead meat.

This is the best thing ever invented!!! We know of "Dutch Ovens" which my daughter had to explain to me and was aghast!!

I had no clue there was a reference to laying fanny burps under the covers and putting the covers over your partners head and having a fit of laughter to top the cherry off!! Thanks Erica and Bill!!!

Now I want to throw up..

When I am a bit gassy, I prefer to tuck the blankets all around me and just pretend that nothing is going on.

Until one night...

I had a really bad time with something I ate. I have no idea what it was, but Mr Man always tells me that something is rotten in Denmark.

I get his meaning..

Soo...... I was letting them loose one night and made sure my high falutin quilt was tucked all round me body and would worry about airing it out the next day...

I was watching TV and it was late, and he wanted to go to sleep and I just yelled. to just let me finish my show!!!

So he just looked at me and decided he was not going to win this fight.

He just decided to take the covers over his head to block out the light from the TV and I inhaled deeply..

HOLY CHIT!!!

He jumped out of the bed and screamed at me!!! Ran out of the room and got the friggin lysol..

I ran out of the room since that stuff makes my lungs squeeze tightly and he was yelling like a banshee..

I could not stop laughing and coughing and spitting due to his indignat behavior which gave me more pleasure..

Needless to say.. I have been waiting to tell this story which then at this point my daughter and her husband told me that I was doing a "Dutch Oven"

I cannot tell you how much this gave me pleasure in knowing that I did something inknowingly that is a total recent fad. I am cool.

Whatch this video for peeps like me who needs to invest.. or not?? I prefer the outrage...
